S’more
S’mores take special technique, there is always an older “coach” around the bonfire - giving instructions - about the length of a stick, where the marshmallow roasts best, and passing around the graham crackers and chocolate.
 
On a long evening in the summer -  a bonfire is started. The children  run in the twilight collecting sticks. Keeping the marshmallow close enough to roast and sizzle, but too near the fire it will burn and melt into the fire.  Graham crackers and bars of chocolate to combine into a melty sticky sandwich - a great summer treat.
