Sparkler Night
Family and friends summer afternoon to evening - hot day, and cooling as the sky stays bright, then colors gradually.  Pink and purple and blue sunset with constellations.  Find the Big Dipper, the Little Dipper, Cassiopeia. 

Running in the dark, playing tag. One of the dads hands out sparklers, we stand in line, and lights each one by one with a match from his pocket.  

I spell my name in sizzling light.
The smell, the hiss burns quickly - I can almost spell it all  by the time it fizzles.
